Our Story
Frontline Construction began as an idea in 2019, sparked by our president, Shon Griess. Seeing an opportunity to expand into larger-scale contracting and construction management, Shon took action and launched Frontline. He hired Mitch Kaiser, who helped lay the foundation for what Frontline has become today.
What started as a concept became a reality—Frontline Construction was founded. Shortly after, Quenton Griess joined the team while finishing his degree, becoming a key contributor after graduation.
Since those early days, Frontline has steadily grown not just in size, but in knowledge, capability, and commitment. Today, we are proud to be trusted by new and long-term clients alike and continue to build a reputation for responsive communication, proactive leadership, and long-term quality.
